What Is It?
Use this form if you have a general question about the Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support (OIRDS), need assistance, or are requesting information or services that are not available through another public service.
This form is appropriate for:
- General questions about OIRDS or its resources
- Public requests for institutional information or data
- Assistance in identifying the appropriate resource or point of contact
- Questions or requests that do not fit another available service
If your request is better addressed by another OIRDS service or a different Rutgers office, we will route it to the appropriate resource whenever possible.
This form should not be used for:
- Rutgers employees requesting data or consultation/training (request the appropriate Data & Analytics Service; must be logged in to TeamDynamix)
- Reporting issues with OIRDS data resources, dashboards, reports, or the website (submit Report an Issue)

- Submission of a request does not guarantee fulfillment. Requests are reviewed based on institutional policies, data availability, and resource capacity.
